Sukhumvit Soi 26

Sukhumvit Soi 26 is the quieter, greener alternative on the south side of Phrom Phong. Long and tree-lined, it runs down toward Rama IV with a mix of family compounds, low-rise apartments, serviced residences, and a growing number of modern condominiums.

Its anchors are K Village and A Square — open-air community malls with restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and weekend markets. K Village in particular is one of Bangkok's most pet-friendly spots, which shapes the whole soi's relaxed, residential feel.

The DoubleTree by Hilton sits mid-soi, and the street stays noticeably calmer than Soi 24 despite being one stop of convenience away. Like Soi 22, distance matters here: near the mouth you can walk to the BTS; deeper in, most residents rely on the soi's plentiful motorbike taxis.
